Our Mission
To establish a body of Masons, who engage in evidence-based research of Freemasonry, the liberal arts and sciences, and topics of public interest presented from a Masonic perspective. To serve as a helpmeet and aid, to the brethren of our Ancient Craft in that most laudable and worthy of pursuits, the pursuit of Truth.
Who can be a member of Research Lodge #10?
Any Master Mason who is a member in good standing of a regular Georgia Lodge, or of a jurisdiction in fraternal relationswith the Grand Lodge of Georgia, shall be eligible to become a member of Lodge of Research #10 of North Georgia uponbeing proposed by a full member of Lodge of Research #10 of North Georgia and elected by a majority vote ofmembers present at a meeting of the lodge.
(Membership is not free or automatic. Based upon your membership level, members are expected to be active members in publishing, or in the support of publications through research, reviewing, editing or any other actions that directly supports.)
MEmbership levels
Lodge of Research Friends ($15/year)Friends of Lodge of Research #10 are brethren who wish to associate with Lodge of Research #10 and support its mission. These brethren are crucial to the Research Lodge’s mission as they create an extended network of awareness and support. Friends of Lodge of Research #10 are allowed access to all research documents and publishings, as well as access to the digital and physical library.
Lodge of Research Fellows ($25/year)Fellows of Lodge of Research #10 are brethren who are expected to be active members in publishing, or in the support of publications through research, reviewing, editing or any other actions that directly supports the mission of the Lodge of Research. Only Lodge of Research #10 Fellows can hold officer positions within the Lodge of Research. Fellows of Lodge of Research #10 are allowed access to all research documents and publishings, as well as access to the digital and physical library.
